Cami's class took a field trip today. We got to go out to
Hamblin Farms in Syracuse. It was so much fun. The kids loved every minute of it. Especially
paityn.
Paityn LOVES animals right now so to be able to see cows up close and personal was a dream come true for her.The kids were cute as Farmer Lance took them around the farm. First to the milking station. He explained that he milks all of his cows twice a day. It takes about 4 hours each time. Then he sells his milk to
Gossner's in Logan. Then he took them out to see the baby calves. This was a winner for all these little kiddos. They all got to see and pet the baby cows.
Paityn went crazy. She kept saying "hi baby" and SCREAMING "COW!" After that we went back to the milking station where Farmer Lance gave us each a box of his very own chocolate milk. The kids thought that was so cool. All in all it was a great field trip. Thanks Farmer Lance and Miss Vicki.
