Cascade Springs

Riley had a soccer game in Orem in September, and we thought that since were down there, we might as well make the most of it. So we packed snacks and a change of clothes and we headed off to drive the Alpine Loop! We had never been on the Alpine Loop but we hear it was fabulous in the Fall. About 5 minutes into the drive, I got carsick!!I had a feeling that the kids would get carsick too, but there was nothing we could do. We were trapped on this narrow VERY winding road for TWENTY FIVE MILES! 25 miles is not very far but on a tiny, narrow winding road that you can only have a max speed of about 10 MPH, it'll take you a while. Luckily we were planning on veering off the loop to go to Cascade Springs. It took about 7 miles to get to Cascade Springs but it was on a much better road. It was so worth it too. Cascade Springs is BEAUTIFUL!! The fall leaves were all changing color. There were little waterfalls all over the place and cute little boardwalks! It was so fun. We took some pictures and these are some of the best ones! Oh and we didn't get back on the loop after our visit to the springs. We headed out through Heber and had a much better time!

Beautiful girl!

Getting so big!

My boys!!! I love this one! Chad was tickling Trev to get him to smile and he mad Trev lose his balance and step into the water behind them. This was taken right before that happened. Trev though is was great though!

Willard Bay

We went to Willard Bay for one last boat trip before the weather got cold. Shad and Kim brought their boat and we had a blast!Next year maybe we'll get Cami and Trev to go out on the tube!
