On Christmas Eve, the girls and Trev and I made sugar cookies. The girls of course wanted to lick off the mixer while Chad polished off the bowl. I'm not big on the cookie dough so I saved my first taste for a hot fresh sugar cookie. They were so good and we all had fun making them. Then the kids opened their Christmas jammies from Grandma and Grandpa Baker. After a little bit of fussing about them being too big, the girls quickly discovered that the extra length on the pants made it easier to slip and slide on the tile floor. Trev of course had to join in.Then Riley and Cami wanted to perform the nativity. So we had two marys this year. We had fun seeing how excited the kids were for Christmas. It makes it so much more fun when they start to understand the season.
