Chad's Birthday Party...from way back in march!!

I know I've fallen behind, but I can't not post Chad's birthday party. Since Chad was going to be gone on his birthday, we decided to celebrate on Wednesday the 21. It was a fun celebration and we had a fun time together. The kids were thoughtful and made him a card and picked out his favorite candy to give to him. He loved the whole thing. It was a bummer that we didn't get to celebrate with him on his actual birthday but at least we got to celebrate. Oh an we also planned a little surprise with our neighbors the Shepherd's who made him some cookies and the kids and I made him some sweet homemade cards and wrapped them up and gave them to Jake, because he was going to Wood Badge with Chad as well, and then Jake would surprise him with the cards and treat and party with him that night. It was so fun and Chad was so surprised.

I made a book for Chad on Shutterfly of all of his accomplishments with basketball in his high school years. There were pictures and newspaper clippings and it turned out so stinking AWESOME. He loved it.
